Dad Rules for Life

 Save this post this is everything i've learned in life. Always know the no matter what happens in life, you can always talk to me, no matter how hard the topic is. And no matter what I’ll always love you. That can never change.  Sit in the front or middle of the airplane. the back sucks.  when you take off, text your family "taking off" "landed" so we know that you are safe. always keep in good communication. there are always people worrying about you.  Never ever give your passport to anyone  when you travel with a passport don't put it in the back pocket of a bag or something that someone could easily unzip and take without you noticing Don't Do Drugs - doens't matter what it is just don't  Don't loan your friends money - doesn't matter why they need it. keep your money for you. Dont' get played People Lie Do not get pregnant until you are married. that will ruin your life. completely ruin it Even you close friends will betray you ...

She's 16 now

 You just turned 16 a little bit ago. I can't believe you are getting so old.  It scares me sometimes cause you just don't know how cold this world can be and how hard it is to live within it. I'm trying my best to prepare you for the storm that is in the real world. But I know you are so strong and so smart and I am so proud of you.  Never forget, sometimes..... most of the time its the thoughts in your head that are the worst ones.   Take it from me kid...you're like your mom but you are most like me. And I have struggled my entire life with thinking negative things about myself sometimes, and you have to realize that those thoughts are nothing but lies. You are amazing, and you need to trust in that and believe it no matter what the world shows you.  And I will always be here to listen to you and be in your corner. I"m always with you baby.  I am always with you.

Orlando

 My Darling Freedom.  Over the past three days I went from Atlanta, to San Francisco to Los Angeles to Orlando.  Every night I've been in a different city.  I'm tired.  All I want to do is come home and sit on your bed and just listen to you tell me about your day.  I want you to always know that you can tell me and mommy anything. we are always here to support and love you.  There is a big election in November for the government (not for the president) and that is why me and mommy are gone so much but on November 5th it will be over. Just because I'm gone doesn't mean I don't want to be home.  I have to fly to work so that I can provide for you, mommy and champion.  I would rather be home all the time. Take you to school and listen to you play on your computer.  I love you so much. Mommy will be coming home soon and Daddy will have to go back to Los Angeles again to do some more work. but I'll write you more and you can call me whenever...

Midterm

 Just a quick note to let you know how proud me and mommy are of you. your grades on your midterm were awesome. very very happy.  I also really love that assessment you showed me. man we are so proud of you.  You really need to start thinking what you want to do for a job and a career. You are really talented, and you should spend some time thinking about that.  No matter what happens Freedom know that I love you with everything inside of me, and you can ALWAYS talk to me. ALWAYS, I always want whats best for you. And please know. no matter how weird it is, or sound odd it may sound, me and mommy already know about it. So you can talk to us about anything.  If you have any questions about anything you can always text me and we can talk about it.  always talk to us.  I love you.  P.s.  Texas sucked. I'm really glad I'm back, I had to shoot in the middle of the corn field so all my shoes and socks were full of MUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hated it....

Texas

 Today I have to go to Texas. its really early in the morning and I have to get on a plane.  sigh I'm really tired. the one thing I hate more than anything is learn you, mommy and champion. I know I have to do so we can keep making money and you guys can have a great life, but its hard on your dad sometimes.  I really love your Star Wars drawings and all your drawings really. they are so good. you are really talented at that and you need to keep doing it. you can make a career out of it.  have you thought about what you wanna do as a career when you get older? you are such a special person.  I was thinking about your friend Theresa. Call Your Dad

 If something every happens, you always call your dad first. Always. Mommy second. Daddy first.  You can also text. This world is scary When I was growing up there were no school shootings EVER! mow they happen and the very fact that you guys have to do these code red drills is just insane.  So please listen to your dad when he says keep your phone charged and with you. and if you EVER feel scared or weird about ANYTHING call me. I will always pick up your call no matter what I'm doing.  For any reason I miss the call. call mommy.  I know things feel safe and stuff, but trust me. Daddy knows alot.  be very careful with Tik Tok too. I'm reading articles about bad videos talking about how violence is cool at school going around.  Be smart.  Call your dad.  I'll always be here for you.
